Easy as setting up your alarms, choose the number of push ups you want to complete and your alarm will not stop until you complete your exercise.
Wake n Train also integrates with Game Centre especially for those people who like to keep stats. Brag to your friends or go head to head as you battle it out for leaderboard supremacy.
Wake n Train relies on the iPhone's proximity sensor. On devices with no proximity sensor (such as iPad's) you will have to get a little bit lower and touch the screen with your nose to complete each push up.
Requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
